interfacing a graphical LCD with a computer

How would i be able to have CFAX12864C-WGH-TS graphical display output winamp on it's screen and then use it's touch screen functions to control winamp?? how would i go about finding drivers or something that could help me in using this really awesome looking product?

I do not think there is any general-purpose software for the CGAX12864 series.

This series is intended to be used in small, hand-held instruments and because of its fine-pitch connection, it does not lend itself particularly well to one-off work. You would need to exercise extreme care and perform very fine pitch soldering when connecting the display in a prototype situation.

It is also a graphics display, which makes the software task more involved than a character display.
