how to wire 12232lcd to parallel?

i want to test my 122X32 lcd with this program:
"CFAG12232D_WinTest" that i found in this forum but i dont know how to wire this lcd to the parallel port.
can someone help me please??

i know that you not support this kind of connection BUT the link in your reply contain this file:"CFAG12232D_WinTest"
all i want is to know how to wire the 122X32 lcd to the parallel port to test it with this program.
(all the wiring schematics in the site is suitable with text lcd
and my lcd is with 2 more pins that i dont know where to connect.)

There is a table in the source code that lists the pins on the PC's port and the corresponding pins on the display.
