Help Me With My 632 Usb

I BOUGHT A 632 WITH USB ADAPTER ONBOARD

IT WORKED FOR 1 MONTH THAN TODAY I PLUGED IT INTO MY COMP AND STARTED UP THE COMP AND IT STARTED TO SMELL LIKE BURNT ELECTRONIC COMPONETS AND THE LCD DIDENT TURN ON

I UNPLUGED IT AND IT WAS HOT ON THE BACK

THE USB ADAPTER THAT WAS PROFESIONLY PUT ON BY "KP" ON 2/15/06

SO IT IS BRAND NEW

WELL THE USB ADAPTER FELL OFF I GUESS IT GOT WAY TO HOT?.. OR SOMETHING

BUT I DONT KNOW

I NEED HELP I NEED A NEW LCD OR SOEMTHING...

ps i dident buy it straght from you guys

i got it from a guy on [H]ard|Forums

it still has the plastic on the screen...

and i wraped the usb cable in blue UV wire wrap

it looks pimp

but i need it to work...

If the USB adaptor was soldered to the 632 then I would say the LCD is fried.
If the LCD is good then you should get backlight at least when you plug the unit into power.
