Error at system shutdown from CC2

I have a 631 that I am driving with CC2 20060226 / 144 on XP Pro with SP2. It works great, but when I am shutting down the system an error dialog pops up:

cc2_service.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0012e81c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Does this happen on every shutdown or only occasionally?

I get the error message with every shutdown.

Ok, try running the attached app.
It will stop and close the cc2_service.

This will help me work out if the error is due to the windows shutdown event, or the normal cc2 service stopping.

I never get an error when using the app to stop the service, only when Windows is shutting down.

Just for the record, I have this error too at every shutdown (in which the LCD is active).

Also just for the record, i too have this problem. I have this problem on XP x64 and x32.
