CFAG240128L-TMI-TZTS DB0 Failure

I have a CFAG240128L-TMI-TZTS. The DB1 pin came in contact with Vo during some testing. It appears to have burned out the pin on my LP2129 ARM. I have also been uable to get DB1 pin on the LCD to report status - which I was previously able to do.

1) What is the correct way to verify that the DB0 pin is working properly or has in fact been fried?
2) If it is has been zapped, how should I proceed to fix it? Does Crystal Fontz performe hw fixes on the LCDs?
3) Any possible work arounds for this problem?

The easiest way to see if DB0 has been zapped is to have us test out the module to see if it displays data correctly. If you want us to do this, go ahead and send and email to returns@crystalfontz.com and we'll get you taken care of.
