CFA635TMLKU: power-up requirements

We're using a CFA635TMLKU in our embedded system, and are having problems with the initial power drain on startup. We're generating +5V for the USB via a buck converter (a TI TLV62130ARGT), and are considering reconfiguring its startup ramp time from 1ms to 500ms, in order to give the upstream power supply time to charge all the various caps. However, I'm concerned how the CFA635 will handle its +5V ramping up from 0V over a full half second.

Is there a maximum +5V ramp time for the CFA635 line?

Thanks,
Dan
