CFA635-TMF-KU34,Any content that cannot be displayed

I buy the new CFA635-TMF-KU34 , use the USB cable connect to computer . Driver installation is normal. I use the 635_winTest send char line to LCD screen . but can not display. please help me .

The CFA635-TMF-KU34 is preconfigured with ATX functionality, and ships with the WRUSBY33 (usb cable):

It requires power, sense, and control lines to be connected to H1. Our WRPWRY25 is offered at the time the CFA635 is configured:
