CFA634 (in production equipment)

Hello and ty for the support . I am working on a labeling machine with a CFA634 v 2.3 display. everything boots up ok but things go bad from there. The power supply shows 5.05 vdc at the output , but only 4.86 vdc at the connector for 634. Manufacture tech support is almost non existent so I am at component level. Any ideas? (Pics attached)
Either way I have learned a lot just by reading all these informative posts and replies. Thank-you

The CFA634 used in the Label-Aire sytems are what is called a "Defined Part", or DP number. These custom builds are controlled by the customer that defined them. In this case, that is Label-Aire. To get a replacement display, you'll need to get it directly from Label-Aire, or one of their authorized repair partners.
