CFA631 Keypad Key Event Read Issue

Hi.
Currently, I have CFA631 (customized as PTMKFU32).
Even if I enable key press/release event explicitly, they do not send from the display on key press.
I can read them with the command "read keypad, polled mode" but can not read them as event-based.
Here is the output.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Can you try and resetting the device and test it again?
5 = Reboot
Host Reset: \012\028\097

@CFJeff I tried but not working.
BTW, I didn't configure anything and save on the display.
I am just experimenting without saving any configuration so it should be on the factory defaults.
