CFA-635 power sw and watchdoc function

hello.
i' d like to install a 635 in a linux Server
and use it's button as power on switch, and use Watchdog function.

"Set ATX Power Switch Functionality",
"Enable/Disable and Reset the Watchdog"
section in CFA-635 document say only "reserved,additional hardware required".

Is there any document about those function.

pls let me know how to get "additional hardware" or its circuit diagram.
