Everytime a new set of screens is loaded (eg, one is removed and re-added because of editing) the list of formulas is cc2_perfmon.ini is appended. This means that reloading the same screen four times will cause the same set of formulas to appear in cc2_perfmon.ini four times.
Each entry in that ini gets calculated and allocated so this will create a lot of load lag over time. It may also affect ongoing utilization or memory consumption but I don't know about that.
