Anyone replaced the LED's on a 634 USB

I have a CFA634-TMC-KU USB display and the LED's are dying one after the other, they flicker for awhile and then stop working, I've been really happy with the display but the screen is slowly getting darker.

So has anyone replaced the LED's or found another way to backlight thier display.

E-mail has been fixed, I've had the LCD for around 2 years.

My backlights on my 634 flickered and died too over the past months. Pretty annoying!!! The display is a probably around a year and a half old, so it's way too young to die yet.
