635 keypad dosn't work

My 635 keypad dosn't react. but it did yesterday,so I'v checked the connections and it was O.K.
dos enyone has any idea what can I do?

Hi all!
The problem I had with the keypad is not onlythe keypad.I can only transmit but can't receive. I'v checked the LCD Tx connection and it's fine.I used the sample program of cf and it dosn't work.
