635 currently not working....

Hello, just got a new 635, and its not working..

I installed the usb drivers, yet I keep getting a USB device not recognized...display refuses to light up or do anything.

Since this came without any sort of instructions, where do I start?

Ok, after some time with drivers etc, it is now working. (yay)

The plug that goes into the back the display does not want to seat. I have to hold it with my finger to stay in, yes I realize their is only one way to plug it it.

I just dont want to force it and possibly break something try to get it to plug in all the way.

I had the same problem. It seemed that there was used a little bit to much glue. I managed to get just enough out of the way. (It was a difficult to reach spot) to let it "click"
