634-USB With Dead Pixel Line

I have a CrystalFontz 634-Series USB Display installed in my PC and a row of pixels just stopped working. When I powered on my system, I noticed that the 2nd line down on the 4th text row would not darken. I send it text using CrystalControl but you can clearly see that the line of pixels is dead. It is also dead when no text is displayed (if I turn the contrast up).
