Nothing spectacular. I drilled holes in the dry wall in my room and the living room, ran the provided cable through the wall, and then modified a blank electrical socket panel to cover up the ugly drill hole in my bedroom, ran the extension cable to the USB hub on my shelf, connected, put my pink floyd poster back up, and poof:
