634 setting up problems :/

I just recieved in the post a Crystalfontz 634 which i bought second hand off someone. All it came with is one of these:

...and the actual screen itself. I have plugged in the screen and my computer says it has detected it. I downloaded your CrystalControl software for it and have input these settings:

The screen is just coming up with nothing and i have no idea why. This is my first time doing anything like this so do any of you know whats wrong?

You genius, man sorry for being so dumb. One quistion though, where can i get code so that i get graph's and stuff for winamp sound and levels. Plus how do i get it to show my CPU temp and how do i make it work with a computer game so it shows my server i am on, fps and so on?
