My 633 wont change screens from power-up. Just sits there saying the FirmWare and HardWare version. cant get crystalcontrol to do any thing to it. the cables are connected right, the power is on (obviously) its plugged into COM1 but i cant get anythiong to affect it. ?!?!?! HELP PLZ
