633 ESD Testing

We have to conduct EMC tests on a product that uses the 633 display. Do you have any information regarding emmissions, immunity and ESD performance of the 633?

The 633 is built into a metal benchtop enclosure, so the likely points of weakness are the display window and the keypad. For the ESD tests, we will need to survive the following levels and recover from any related effects automatically:
+/-2kV, +/-4kV and +/-8kV air discharge
+/-2kV and +/-4kV contact discharge

Closing JP16 will connect the mounting holes & bezel contacts to signal ground. This may or may not help depending on your system.

I have had one report of using a conductive/adhesive metal tape to connect the LCD's bezel to the metal panel of the user's case.
