633 CPU temp detect

Is it possible to detect the temp of my CPU with the 633 without having to go through MBM5? I know the sensor for this temp is winbond2, and I have the diode somewhere, its an Infinity Ultra NFII mobo.

I also would like to detect CPU speed without going through MBM5.
