631 Rotating Screen

Just got the 631. It looks great, but it seems to automatically disable the rotation (alternate) check box after awhile. Is this normal, or is something causing it to stop?

I imagine you talking about CrystalControl.

Check the hotkeys, there is a chance they are set wrong and your disabling the alternate function by using some key combination in a different application.

OK, that was the problem. Thanks a lot.

However, I had switched the Hot Keys to "None", which it seems the software does not like to keep it at.

Is this a bug in the software?
