Brushed aluminium 631 is a ideal for QBIC3801. Photo isn't the best (taken with Nokia 6230) but you get the idea.
I used LCDStudio (with 633 emulator - lost 2chars width on each line but it works until CC2 arrives. btw, CC1 is also great! very stable and good plugins) - photo shows (almost) WinAmp Song Name, Graphic Progress Bar
and Graphic Equalizer!
Considering getting a 5.25 faceplate that could fill the gap I'd leave by removing the door from that 3.5 bay (door or custom-faceplate?).
