3.3V and CFAG12864...

Hi,

Somewhere on the forum , I have read that you can use 3.3V for
the LCD VCC.

But on the KS0107/KS0108 datasheet VVCC must be +5V +/- 10% ...

So can you tell more about this point ?

The CFAG12864B* series modules are rated for +5v. You might be able to coax them into operating at 3.3v, but it would be outside the controller specifications.

For low-power designs, I would recommend the CFAX12864C* module, which is rated from 2.7v to 3.6v single supply operation.
