CrystalControl on Linux?

I'm making the switch to Linux from Windows 8 (specifically, Linux Mint-Cinnamon), but the only thing that's holding me back from switching completely is my CFA633 lcd screen for my PC case. Is there any way to get it set up on Linux like I have on Windows using CrystalControl2? Is there any CrystalControl2 for Linux, or is it going to involve lots of command lines and config files?

CrystalControl / CrystalControl2 is a Windows OS "only" application.

There are applications that support the CFA633 family under Linux -- take a look in here:

There are "roll your own" set ups, and apps like LCDProc that should get you up and running pretty quickly.

Meaning you can write your own app from scratch, or from bits parts and pieces posted by others. You know, roll your own code! We'd never refer to other activities - even if it is legal in WA state now.
