You would want to pick your software first:

Third-party software for graphic LCDs:

http://www.powerlcd.com/
http://www.lcdstudio.com/
http://liquid-mp3.schijf.org/
http://www.lcdhype.de.vu/

Then wire the display to the software's specification.
