Hi,
I have two xp machines (one desktop, one laptop). The 631 panel installs fine on my laptop, however I cannot get the USB serial driver to install on my desktop machine.
I've attached screenshots of device manager and the error that is given. I've looked through the forums and tried different things but nothing has worked so far.
One person suggested using older usb drivers, but I want to avoid that unless it is the only option I have.
Any ideas?
