i want to make my own plugins... i want to use perl (if possible php, but i dont think its possible) to get information from a mysql database and display it on my 634 with lcdproc/LCDd

Just go download other peoples perl plugins and look at the source.
Couldnt be easier.

Hmmm, no sorry i dont.
I just gathered some would exist.

I havnt used LCDProc much.
