oled random dots at startup

Hi there,
we are using CFAL12832D OLED with cc2541. we are getting some random white dots in the start up once the battery goes down or removing battery and putting it again.
After resetting the hardware through debugger and reinitialize the code from the beginning it is working fine.

please help me in getting this issue resolved.
