I wanted to mount a serial 634 display to my crt monitor. I wanted to use a power supply i have that has a moltex on it. The power supply specs are 12vdc 1500ma. My question is the voltage and amps going to be too much for the lcd. If it is what should the voltage and wattage be at. Any help would be great. Thanks.

For the CFA-634, you really need a 600mA of more capable regulated 5v supply.

The 12v supply you have will not work, and it will probably kill the display.
